TYPES OF LICENCE:
COMMERCIAL USE LICENCE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES This licence is suitable for a small business or a fabric company for seasonal printing. The basic commercial license gives you limited usage, up to 250 items or metres. You are allowed to print physical items for sale (fabrics, shirts, hats, tumblers, water bottles, mugs, blankets, curtains, stationary and etc.) If you exceed this amount, please contact me to discuss an extension to your licence.
EXTENDED COMMERCIAL USE - UNLIMITED PRINTS/USAGE This licence is suitable for large business You are allowed to print physical items for sale (fabrics, shirts, hats, tumblers, water bottles, mugs, blankets, curtains, stationary and etc.) with unlimited prints/metres, BUT not via a Print on Demand company. Please send me a message if you wish to purchase an extended licence
Rights: All images and designs are owned by @babyforestau and are Copyright protected. You are purchasing a licence to print the design only.
The design MUST NOT be amended in any way by the purchaser. The purchaser is not allowed to resell the design to another company in digital form or claim that he/she designed it.
Elements within any design may be reused in future designs and by @babyforestau may sell the design on other platforms such as Spoonflower etc.
Printing: @babyforestau cannot be held responsible for printing errors. Colours may vary depending on the type of fabric printer. All designs are created at 300dpi RGB colour mode. It is strongly suggested that a fabric sample is purchased to check the print quality.
If the purchaser breaches this agreement legal actions may be taken.
