RETURNS + EXCHANGES INFORMATION ON HANDMADE ITEMS: 

Here at Baby Forest we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.

 

RETURNS

We will gladly accept return of full price, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged merchandise for a store credit note.

Returns are accepted within 7 DAYS of receiving order for a store credit. (Valid for a year)

REFUNDS

We DO NOT offer refunds on change of mind and/or incorrect sizing purchases and you will be issued with a store credit note.

EXCHANGES

Only for items to the same value of your original purchase

Please include a prepaid postage satchel for your item to be posted back

Alternatively, you can repurchase the correct size or style with a store credit

Our products are made with high quality fabrics, sourced from Europe and Australia. We carefully pick our fabrics and try to use only GOTS certified and organic fabric.

-Original tags attached

-Full price item

-Sale items are non-returnable

-If your return is not in perfect condition, we will send it back to you

 

RETURN ON FABRICS 

All of our orders are hand cut, quality checked, folded and posted by us, Baby Forest Fabrics. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind and recommend that to confirm that you have selected the right fabric base, design and quantity.

We take additional care to ensure there are no faults or errors during the packing process. However, if you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days with your full name, order number, fault description and images if possible.  We will process your request within 4 days and When we have received faulty items, we will verify that the item is in original condition and packaging, unused and unwashed. We will notify you by email as soon as your return has been approved.

Baby Forest Fabrics reserves the rights to refuse an item if it does not meet these requirements.
